1. Method of Filing the Grievance
All complaints are accepted exclusively through our official Online Grievance Submission Form, available below on this page.

Access the Form: Please use the form provided.

Mandatory Information: It is mandatory for the user to provide the following information when submitting a complaint:

Your full legal name and current contact details.

The email address where you wish to receive the official acknowledgement/receipt.

A clear Subject or Title for the complaint.

A detailed description of the grievance, including the date and time of the incident or content in question.

The specific URL link to the page or content you are complaining about.

Any supporting evidence, documents, or screenshots (if the form supports file uploads).

2.Acknowledgement and Timeline for Redressal
We commit to a timely and effective resolution process in accordance with the IT Rules, 2021:

Acknowledgement/Receipt: An automatic receipt containing the complaint details and a unique ID will be sent to your provided email address within 24 hours of successful submission.

Resolution Timeline: We will endeavor to resolve the grievance, or communicate the action taken, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint.

Urgent Content Removal: Grievances relating to content depicting or transmitting in the nature of sexually explicit material, or material which shows an individual in full or partial nudity or any similar act, shall be processed and action will be taken to remove or disable access to such material within 24 hours from the time of receiving the complaint (following due verification).
3. Important Guidelines

The complainant must confirm the truthfulness and authenticity of their identity and the facts stated in the complaint.

The use of this procedure is subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Filing false or malicious grievances may result in the suspension or termination of the user's account.
Legal Warning Against Misuse of Grievance Mechanism
We request all complainants to use the grievance redressal process only in good faith and for valid grounds. This process is designed solely for reporting genuine violations present on our platform.
Under the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (IT Rules, 2021):

Truthfulness and Accuracy: When filing a complaint, you must ensure that all information and identity provided by you are true, accurate, and not misleading.

Prohibition on Misuse: Misuse of the grievance redressal mechanism is strictly prohibited. This includes intentionally filing malicious, frivolous, or false complaints.
Consequences:
If, during investigation, it is found that your complaint was malicious or you used false documents/information:

Legal Action: We reserve the right to initiate appropriate legal action against you under Indian Laws.
शिकायत निवारण तंत्र के दुरुपयोग के विरुद्ध कानूनी चेतावनी

सत्यता और सटीकता (Truthfulness and Accuracy): शिकायत दर्ज करते समय, आपको यह सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि आपके द्वारा प्रदान की गई सभी जानकारी और पहचान (identity) सत्य (true), सटीक (accurate) और भ्रामक (misleading) नहीं है।

दुरुपयोग पर निषेध (Prohibition on Misuse): शिकायत निवारण तंत्र का दुरुपयोग (misuse) करना सख्त वर्जित है। इसमें जानबूझकर दुर्भावनापूर्ण (malicious), तुच्छ (frivolous), या झूठी (false) शिकायतें दर्ज करना शामिल है।
परिणाम
यदि जाँच के दौरान यह पाया जाता है कि आपकी शिकायत दुर्भावनापूर्ण थी या आपने झूठे दस्तावेज़/सूचना का उपयोग किया है:
